Very beautiful and very large park. interesting and beautiful. houses from all time, typical old Norwegian farms and church that were moved in the park.
I gave four stars for this museum, even if the inhalt, especially for the open airway with reconstitutions of old norwegrdörfern, was totally worth five stars. on the one hand the opening times, the museum closes around 17 ears, which is ridiculously early, especially in summer. on the other hand, given the entry price fee $20/18€ at least complete English translation of everything is expected. it is not the case that only a very small part was dug. I was both very surprised and frustrated. the parking space also has to be paid, $5/4€.
A lovely outdoor museum. If you wish to see everything, i do recommend spending at least 2 hours, but 3 hours is also easy to spend. Lovely café too.
Amazing open-air museum with indoor areas. clean and well structured. many buildings are to be seen from inside, there are several places with guides in which they can tell about the building. there are also always some information signs (in Norwegian, but with QR code for English text. there is a recommended route that leads them through the most important places that took us about 2-3 hours. I think you can just spend more time there when you look at everything in detail. the entry fee is really worth.
