This Cafe Boutique is by far the Best Finest in Norway. Hilde the chef makes the best pastries , most delicious scones , pies and cakes. If you are truly lucky you will find Skoleboller a delicate sweet soft pillowy bread filled with a lovely vanilla custard surrounded with flaked coconut with a drizzle of lemon icing it is beyond the most delectable delicious yummy pastry!! Literally Drooling over their foods • • Their Sandwiches are delicious and a lovely big portion! Come hungry here! Leave happy FuLL; The Tunfiskrøre tunafish open sandwich is THE BEST TUNAFISH I have ever eaten! Hilde’s secret recipe is Divine! You must try !! Also try the rekesmørbrød delicious Norwegian baby shrimp open sandwich not to be missed, the Norwegian baby shrimp are sweet firm not mushy but very tasty Norwegian shrimp!
