Amazing meal, simply immersed while walking around barranco. I had an amazing Argentine meat while my friend had a few good ravioli. very friendly staff.
Here while in barranco. friendly staff. if they like steaks, that's the place for them. resto has a question with wine license so that no wine list, but can order bottle or glass only one wine. something strange, but will be sorted. until December '18 obviously.
We wanted a quick bite to eat, and being lunchtime we thought the set menu (S/.15) was the way forward. It was an effort to get attention and once we'd ordered, the drinks took a while to come. Half an hour later and the starter...still hadn't arrived. We asked a number of times (in basic Spanish) and then the starter arrived and they'd messed up the order. The papas bravas looked wholly unappetising; anaemic fries with a mess of ketchup and mayonnaise rather than the dish ordered. At this point we'd observed the locals around us ordering, receiving and finishing their starters and also other tourists arriving, being ignored and leaving again. We ended up leaving a few sol for the drinks and leaving to find somewhere that would actually provide a decent service. It's difficult not to think that we were treated this way as tourists (despite only a couple of challenges with the language). Many other and better options nearby. Avoid this place.
Some friends that had been here before, introduced us to the place. It is located in Barranco, a pleasant and very interesting part of Lima. The atmosphere was appealing, the place was not crowded and the food and service very good. After eating, we walked...around this part of Barranco and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. It was a pleasant experience.
