Too salty, too sweet, too expensive. we had a garnel appetizer that was too salty (S/40 and we didn't finish it) and the house bark medaillon that had a too sweet sauce. a garnel pasta dish was good and the portion size was great (so we liked this dish). they asked if we wanted to broth. we said yes, and they accused S/14 for a basket of what turned out to be the best eating here, but without letting us know that it was an additional fee. overall, very disappointing given the 4.5 star rating on google. I would not recommend this place.
A great place for a fine dinner or lunch. they have not offered a lot of (then quality, but they have many wonderful fish, huh, duck and beef dishes. I just kept it with a passion fruit juice and the chef recommended laughs. they delivered a little causa on the house a nice taste. to dessert I was put on pikarone, but they were not able to deliver, so I went by. my meal was 60 sol. the service was excellent (the place was almost empty at a Wednesday night. no massive location, ideal for couples and small groups.
My son, woman and I love this place positiw! we passed yesterday and were sufficiently fascinated to find it again for dinner. my son ordered the braided lamb with risotto and could not stop talking about how gott it was. my wife and I ordered the menu with a selection of appetizer, escape and gloomy. we shared and loved, escargot and ceviche as our appetizers. escargot directly from paris, while the Peruvian ceviche had a French note. the tenderloin of my wife also tipped the hat to lima, served with a large burgundy sauce and rice next to traditional fries. my braided bark was delicate and tasty with creamy Peruvian/French carrots and rice. Our cream puff and short bread keks sandwich desert were perfect! marchand is French eating and definitiw not eating fast. my wife thought she would be a little salty for her Asian taste, but every morsel ate! for French eating is a good value marchand. it will be our “Go to” place for our stay in lima.
We were dissatisfied with all 4 dishes. May be it was an off night, but food was too salty.... very large portions/ plates of unremarkable food. I am confused with such hi Google ratings, they are probably fake. Yes, check you bill carefully, we found 2 mistakes, plus gratuity was added, plus they charged for bread. Sad!
