I didn't like it, it wasn't ceviche. it was fish with water and lemon. if they are tourist, this is not our whip. go somewhere else, but not there is our food delicious, that is terrible
Had to try these ceviches of Don Solari, the father of classic ceviche. Pure and simple, only fish, lemon, salt and Aji-Limo. Do not expect it to be like the modern Ceviche versions, this is an older school version. In this hole in the wall, was the best part of the gne experience while Don Solari prepare it before you, sweet experience.
En mi opinión, el mejor ceviche que he comido, en su punto de limón y picante, sirven con choclo y yuca. Simplemente perfecto. Lo prepara el mismo Sr Pedro en su silla. Dato: llevar efectivo
Aquí se supone que comes el mejor ceviche de Lima, el original , cuando vez a su dueño, don Pedro, de casi 100 años prepararlo, te das cuenta de que eso es verdad, es un local pequeño y austero, sin pretensiones, pero los 50 soles por persona se justifican; fotos de Celia Cruz y otras celebridades dan fe de la historia del lugar, justo en la esquina de Cahuide con Pachacutec.
