Good service ... nice place to share with friends... Food and drinks excellent!!

Literally one of the most beautiful hotels I stayed in. Attention to customer service on the details of the room and the hotel in general is amazing. We had originally not planned to come back to this hotel after we made some of our tours and got Sways, but decided nothing else would suffice. We had a large group of people and they were very accommodating and kept our luggage while we left for a few days. The food at the hotel was amazing. I can't say enough great things to the staff. You feel like you've known her for years. Also tea time or whatever she called her evening dinner thing was amazing. Price included champagne and everything it was a great experience and they even had the football match. Super helpful and great service all around. The one thing I can only say is the taxi and transport services they help are very expensive. Use your own taxi or use Uber. I mean, you charged as much as a Uber. I mean, I get every money to make, but that's annoying. Also this place is amazing many artefacts and wall paintings and art with descriptions below, so if you like me stroll around and read them all, even in the rooms there are things. I would recommend staying here.

Excellent food, great service and ambience! You have specials and shows every month on weekends! We had Trio de causas, Meerbass (corvina) and Dessert degustación... everything very delicious! Fancy and elegant!

The service was excellent. The food was wonderful. The atmosphere was relaxing and allowed us to have conversations.
