Sjalotte - Limburg

This restaurant was a delightful discovery with excellent service. The dishes were a progression of flavors, starting off strong and ending with exceptional quality. The wine selection was divine and complemented the dishes perfectly. The ambiance was also in harmony with the experience. Overall, it was a truly enjoyable evening.

On the downside, the restaurant's location wasn't ideal as it was next to the kitchen, which resulted in a lot of foot traffic and noise, and it was also facing the restroom. Additionally, the price was quite high at 250€ for two people.

I had an excellent experience at this gourmet restaurant, even though I had some initial reservations. The cuisine was fantastic and the service was impeccable. I have no complaints.

Lived in places and still as fan, I see subtle improvements in quantities and raw materials. Bravo! The harmony of the many flavors in each dish is always there and the spirit has not changed: true gastro which remains relatively accessible (65 € in the evening).
