Castletroy Park And Suites - Limerick

I stay at this hotel frequently, the staff are so nice and accomadate u every way possible, the hotel is amazing in itself wit gym and pool I'd highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

We are travelling around Ireland and stayed for 2 nights great rooms 2 bigs bed so I could spread out. good food lovely serving staff. Enjoyed the spa and swimming too. Very busy

We recently had a Christening for our baby boy in Castletroy Park Hotel. From the minute I made an enquiry with Nicola, I was reassured that we would be taken care of on the day. She was extremely helpful and her communication was excellent. The planning was straightforward and nothing was forgotten about. Emma kindly took charge on the day and was exceptional. She ensured everyone at our party was looked after and her attention to detail was second to none. She attended to us regularly and was extremely friendly in her approach. We were delighted with the food and service. Would highly recommend this hotel for a special event. Well done Castletroy Park!

I would like to say a special thanks to Eddie, Dylan and Sarah who went above and beyond when I was checking in and discovered an issue on my side. To say they could write the book on Customer Service is an understatement. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I cannot wait to return to the Castletroy.
