Got snack box here today and we drove out the road about a mile to stop and eat it. So disappointed with overcooked burnt chips. Not worth traveling back to complain We won't be back.

What a tasteless piece of crab. No spices, no taste, badly cocked, not even salt. I don't think I will bother with this rubbish food. I have eaten KFC outside Ireland and always found it to be amazing, but in limerick...just total rubbish.

Normally never go to KFC but my brother wanted a milkshake — ordered one and it was visibly just milk with Oreo bits, also half filled for We went back with the receipt untouched and complained about the quality and the staff just seemed...annoyed rather than accommodating. One of the staff rolled his eyes up and referred us to another member who said they could put some ice cream in to compensate, rather than actually make it again properly. Terrible quality of food and customer service. Should be replaced with a better fast food chain.

Very dirty floor and tables. Also dirty bathroom. It looks like staff don’t care about cleanliness of the restaurant. Food was good but I chicken and it’s coating taste better in many other countries.
