Almost every single time there is some part of the order incorrect or missing. This evening after getting home from the drive-thru, all chips were missing from 3 meals. Every SINGLE time something is missing whether it is ordered online, via drive-thru or instore. There will be no dips, or someone will be missing a burger, I've even had whole meals missing. Check your order every single time, because this place is consistently poor.
Stopped in with family earlier in the week en route to the West Coast no issues to report. Restaurant was quiet, clean and staff were helpful and pleasant. Restaurant isn’t huge but we managed to get a seat and get fed in prompt fashion fast food as it should be. We parked in the car park of Crescent Shopping Centre and walked across which was handy restaurant also offers a drive thru which was quite busy. Stopped in on the way home too such was the ease of getting served fed.
I have been going to this mc Donald’s for the last couple of weeks and every time I go there my order is always wrong. They also forget straws sauces I paid for and ketchup. I never complained before because I just thought it was a mistake. This is an on going problem in the crescent shopping branch
I went here with my family recently. At its best McDonalds food can be average, but just once in a while it rises beyond expectations. Unfortunately not on this occasion. I had given up completely on the other McDonalds in Limerick especially the one in Castletroy which is to be avoided at all costs. On this visit to the one by the crescent the chips were cold the burgers barely luke warm and coke was flat and not cold enough, seemed like it was watered down from ice melting. The store was not particularly busy yet a mound of chips were pre cooked and sitting under lights to keep “warm” and there was a back up of burgers on the shelf. This is not conducive to fresh hot food, it is however convenient for the staff should they have a rush to deal with. I have accepted that this is all I can expect from McDonalds. I have however found that the store in Tralee is exceptional and food is always top rate there, never disappoints. So from this I can only assume that the issue is with the staff at the crescent and a culture of laziness and an attitude of “good enough” will do. I wouldn’t care if the food was cheap and disappointed, but that’s not the case.
