I have some concerns about cross-contamination, but since the food truck is quite small and most foods have flour-based ingredients. I'm not extremely sensitive to gluten, so if there were easy contaminating, I would probably not feel it. When I asked about milk for free, I was told that the garlic sauce had milk, because it was made with mayonnaise, which is made from eggs not milk anyway. that has not trusted that for the milk free, so I did not push any further. from a taste perspective it is beautiful and beautiful staff.

When asked about dairy free, I was told that the garlic sauce had milk in because it was made with mayonnaise which is made of eggs not milk anyway. That didn’t instill confidence for dairy free so I didn’t push further. From a taste perspective it’s lovely and lovely staff.
