The employees at the Crescent have worked hard, but this is the disappointing lunch they get at Subway. The staff also seems to be disregarding customers. It may be time for them to receive customer service training or for an Irish company to take over and provide better service for the dedicated workers at the Crescent.
I have visited this restaurant three times recently and have consistently found the chicken to be tough, the bread to be old, and the chicken teriyaki to be excessively salty. The sandwich is filled to the point where it is difficult to eat without spilling. Unfortunately, as a former fan of chicken teriyaki, I will not be coming back to this establishment.
After school, I grabbed a quick takeout for my family. We ordered 3 sandwiches that were made in front of us and looked delicious. However, I was disappointed to see that the cashier used the same disposable gloves when handling money and our food. When I brought this up, she ignored me and even made faces when I politely asked for new bags. This poor customer service is a major turn off, so I won't be recommending or returning to this place. Despite this, the sandwiches themselves were good. Remember, good customer service is just as important as the food quality.
The staff is friendly, the food is very reasonably priced and fresh, and the restaurant is bustling with activity. The new taste of the restaurant is exciting, and I would definitely love to return again.
