Gneiss Brewing Company - Limerick

Gneiss White is wonderful! The outdoor seating is great, and the atmosphere is beautiful. The cat is a nice touch, too!

This was my first visit, and I decided to try the **** to get a feel for the selection. I found the beer to be quite good, with a great variety of lagers, sours, and IPAs available. Just a heads up: there’s no food served here, unless you count popcorn. You’re welcome to bring your own food, like pizza, which isn’t an issue. The bartender was friendly and knowledgeable, making for a pleasant experience. One drawback, though, is locating the entrance; it’s at the back, and the same goes for finding the server. There are no clear signs, so you might wander around a bit at first. However, once you find it, it’s a lovely spot to enjoy a beer!

During our visit with friends, we sampled several flight selections and enjoyed every single beer. We even decided to try a third flight to taste all 15 varieties they had available! Each beer had a distinct flavor and style, and they were all exceptional. You really can't go wrong with this brewery! The outdoor setup was beautiful, complete with fire pits, picnic tables, Adirondack chairs, maishloch, and igloos to keep the bugs at bay. My dog loved hanging out with us in our igloo, and the staff kindly brought him a bowl of water and some doggy biscuits. What a hidden gem!

Love the beer, Love the people, love the setting. Prost.

Eh, went this weekend and understand it is their business and they can call the shots but don't need to be lectured about society and why I should wear a mask. Stick to beer.
