Kine - Lincoln

We always have a great meal here. Kine is a little bit different to a lot of restaurants around Lincoln. It totally has it 's own style and vibe. The menu is very compact, with just a handful of starters, mains and deserts. But... That is precisely why I like it. Each option (and I have been 3 times now) is well crafted, full of flavour and just a little bit different AND totally accesible. Everything option feels special, but not intimidating. The battered green beans are incredible, the n 'duja mac 'N ' cheese balls are great, the spiced koftas are full of flavour. The vege options are just as appealing and tasty as the meat options, which for me is an excellent reflection on the creativity and talent of the team. The front of house staff are accomodating, charming, polite and fun and the whole vibe has a bit of the je ne sais quoi about it. For a meal out for a couple, or small group who appreciate good honest and interesting food, I would highly recommend it. Can't speak highly enough of this restaurant, it is an instant favourite. Kine is the apitome of everything great about independent restaurants; friendly and attentive staff, a brilliantly curated menu in a comfortable and easygoing setting. All of the food is excellent and if you fancy a burger then look no further than Kine. You can tell that the staff and owners really care about what they're doing and it pays off superbly, I'm already looking forward to my next visit. Yes prices are a bit steep but what do you expect when great food great service and relaxed atmosphere along with cool music all come together. First class as AP would say. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
