I have cancer and cannot have dairy, but she refused to accommodate my request to have the dairy removed from my sandwich, which is essential for my health. Food rating: 3/5.
I visited this Arby's in the evening when it was pretty busy. The drive-thru line was long, but I placed a great order, and everything moved quickly. The customer service was fantastic, and they even gave my dog a bone that he loved. Overall, I would rate the customer service a perfect 10/10, while the food was a solid 3/5.

It's worth spending the extra $10 to go to the Cracker Barrel next door. The beef at this Arby's is not something anyone would want. I'll be skipping this place in the future. The customer service was also terrible.
I would NOT recommend stopping here for something to eat. The place was messy the food was not prepared well and it took a while to come out. I understand COVID has effected the restaurant and fast food business but this was a meal I definitely wish I would have skipped. Employees were nice, the food was just a hot mess.
