Good service. Unsure why I can dine-in at literally any restaurant in Omaha except Brugger?s. In my opinion, they?re using covid as the reason when in reality they are trying to prevent those who walk up and down these streets from sitting in their building. It?s sad.

Usually the staff is pretty great at this location, however this morning I was very disappointed. I ordered 3 bagels, and only 1 of them was correct! The girl taking orders and making orders appeared irritated and had an AirPod in one ear? Not the most professional in my opinion. I will definitely be checking my orders before I leave the store in the future.

Best bagel since Florida for me. I would prefer a little more cream cheese on mine, but it was worth the drive. I will fome back for more bagels from here.

Terribly managed location. First time customer at this Bruegger?s, I had placed a pick up order and an unintelligent looking bald guy working at the register made me wait almost 40 minutes for my order that had been sitting there ready the entire time. I asked three times about an update and he nor anyone there redirected me. Hopefully they can hire more competent employees here in the future.
