Freddy's Frozen Custard Steakburgers

The patty melt is quite tasty, although the meat can be overcooked at times, resulting in burnt edges. I really enjoy the fry sauce, though I sometimes wish they offered crinkle fries to better enjoy it. The shakes and malts are a bit too thick for a straw, making them hard to drink.

The burgers here have a unique flavor; the only other place I've encountered with a similar charred taste and juicy texture is Smashburger. The service is also exceptional! There's a manager with long purplish hair who is fantastic—I regret not catching her name! She's actively working at the grill, handling the register, monitoring drive-thru orders, and cleaning tables, setting a great example as a leader. The establishment is clean, with spotless floors and bathrooms, and while the parking situation is decent, I've definitely seen worse. I highly recommend stopping by this Freddy's if you're passing through on 27th Street—it's definitely worth it!

Food was hot, people were great and the place was clean. They came around to the tables and grabbed trays and ask how everything was, for being a fast food kinda place this was great. It shows they do really care how their food and service is. We will definitely be back.

By far one of the best burgers place in town, also great seasoned fries. Great employees and fast service.
