Great food, great prices. Love the Penny Club Sandwich! This place has spoiled me, no other sandwich shop can beat it.

At around 10:45 a.m., I went with a group of seven and found ourselves in front of two employees making sandwiches. We were the only customers there, so it seemed like they were busy with an online or catering order. After waiting a few minutes without any acknowledgment, I asked if they could at least recognize our presence and take our order. One of the employees, rather curtly, informed us that they were occupied with a large online order and that we would have to wait. There was no friendly greeting or apology—just a dismissive attitude that made it clear we were an inconvenience. Feeling ignored, we decided to leave. As we were exiting, one of the employees hastily apologized for the wait, perhaps realizing her mistake. It felt insincere, almost as if she was required to say something. We then headed over to Dairy Queen in the parking lot. There, we were warmly welcomed, received great service, and even got some ice cream.

I used to enjoy getting the same sub every week for three dollars, but today the price went up. The service is great and the subs are huge, but unfortunately, I've decided to take my business elsewhere.

Penny Club is best Sandwich in town. Love their bread!

My girlfriend and I went for lunch around 1:45 PM on March 19th, and we had a disappointing experience. The staff was quite rude; the woman who took our order was disrespectful and unprofessional. We noticed her wiping sweat from her forehead, then onto her pants, before handling food without washing her hands. Additionally, she was not speaking clearly, making it difficult for us to understand her. The cashier was very abrupt when we inquired about meal plans. The guy who made my sandwich was friendly, but unfortunately, he ended up burning it. Typically, we have good experiences at this Goodcents, but today’s customer service was very disappointing.
