The smoothies here are fantastic. However, I can't give them a full 5 stars because their customer service needs improvement. I went in today to order my favorite beverage, and as always, I requested it with almond milk. Unfortunately, this is the second time they overlooked my request and used regular dairy milk instead, which made me very ill. I'm always clear about my order, so if you're lactose intolerant, please ensure they understand your request.

Avoid going early in the morning! I visited at 7:30 AM, and the staff member was on her phone the whole time, engaged in a loud and profane conversation. I ordered a World’s Cup, which is supposed to contain peanut butter, chocolate, milk, and vanilla yogurt. However, she didn’t add any peanut butter while she was too busy on the phone, so what I received was just a watered-down chocolate smoothie that had no flavor at all. I felt like I wasted $6. Outside of the morning hours, the staff is usually great! But again, steer clear in the morning.

The staff is always friendly, and the service is quick and cheerful. I appreciate the wide variety of options available; there's always something that fits my needs, whether it's post-workout or just a boost of energy. I typically pick up several items every week after my workouts, and I've never been let down. Keep up the great work!
