Mcdonald's - Lincoln

I quickly got in line, and the service was efficient. That's all you can really expect from a casual dining restaurant. The food was decent, so I’d rate it 3 out of 5.

There are very few people taking orders, and there's a small playground available. The food was excellent, rated 4 out of 5.

I was hired here. I never called in, never was too late. I was more open. wake up at 4 o'clock to be there at 5. if the management was on time to leave us at 5. my last day was when I had to use the toilet room. I called for help and nobody came. I asked someone else to cover me up. but she was the only person on this station. I called for minutes and no one came. when I finally went out of my station and found said management that I had to use the toilet room. I asked myself not to ask nice enough. I took care of my business and then I left. it was clear that I wasn't valuable for this business and everyone was. they would go on my address and talk about homeless. I had come through customers and explained to me that management shouldn't yell at us and scream. I would smile and go with him. I was clean and ready for my layers. When the health department came, I was hurried to print stickers for labels I had no idea about. but I did it to help at a place where management comes in late, dirty unwashed hands, and better than they set up. what sucked most is that I like to work here. but I can't slander myself either because someone has a bad morning.

Good for breakfast. Lunch and dinner staff are very rude, take forever even if there is no one else there. They don't answer their phones or reach out after doing the surveys. Fries are older and filled half way and chicken is normally burnt as well.

The employees here are always so rude and dismissive. They make me feel like i'm an inconvenience to their. Especially if I ask for something extra like ketchup packets. They usually get my order right but this is probably the slowest mcdonalds .I won't be going back after I watched a girl at the pickup window set a bucket of ice on the floor, the set it on the counter, then dump it in a machine, and didn't disinfect the counter.
