Contribuisci feedbackI visited the restaurant tonight and had to wait in line for 25 minutes, along with several other customers. This was by far the worst experience I've ever had at this location. Two staff members were assigned to tasks that were not very productive. While I don’t entirely blame them, the manager or shift leader on duty was not effective at all. It was frustrating to watch customers grow anxious and hungry, with no one receiving help. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience.
The staff only gave my friend and me half a scoop of everything we requested, and it felt very stingy. We left still hungry, and that bowl definitely wasn’t worth the $10.
The food was tasty once we finally received it, but our server mentioned it would be ready in three minutes, and then took 10-15 minutes to do some cleaning. Additionally, my wife, who uses a power wheelchair, found it quite challenging to get inside the restaurant.
Took out the burrito from my bag and the tin foil didn?t even cover the burrito. Unwrapped it, burrito was ripped and everything spilled out. Rice was hard in some areas too.
Literally got 4 small bits of chicken in my chicken bowl. They need to work on their portions. Paid $14 bucks for not satisfying food. Only good thing was that Service was fast.
