Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers

Typical Canes (great food) but asked for ketchup twice (speaker and at window) and didn't get any. Like they literally asked if I wanted ketchup, I said yes, they didn't give it to me.... Like why ask?

I?ve had a mixed bag of mediocre experiences here. One time they gave me 3 of 6 chicken strips. I did call and was given a whole new meal but it still messed up my plans that day. The chicken strips are quite small for the pricing and considering that?s allthey make here. Prices are getting too expensive. Randomly the dining room will be closed with a tiny sign on the door makingpeople park and not know until they reach the doors. I get that some of this can be attributed to inflation and lack ofemployees, but my list of good restaurants is shrinking and I don?t see many of the current chains existing much longer unlessthey make a drastic improvement.

Very poor service. Store closes at 12AM. They wouldn't serve us in the lobby and told us that we snuck in the doors. Manager was a jerk, Tim. Never would I ever come here again. Treated us like we were supposed to know the lobby was closed. No sign on thefront door showing that the lobby was closed. Never go here. They don't want your business. Go to the N27 Cornhusker location asthey always have treated me right!

Absolutely love rasin canes, every time I get back to the united states I have to go there a few times. the best hugging ever and I love their subtitle sauce, texas toast and limonade and icystee. can not wait to go back. five stars

I am here several times and my eating is always hot and fresh and the line moves fast.
