Overall, it was a decent experience. I plan to visit Starbucks again once COVID-19 is over to enjoy their coffee. Keep up the fantastic work!
Most of the time, my experiences with the staff at Starbucks are friendly and warm. However, my recent visit to this location was different. The barista who prepared my drinks was quite rude and abrasive. I acknowledge that I may have contributed to the situation. The straws were kept behind a plastic barrier, and when I tried to inquire about the lids, she walked away before I could ask for a straw. I managed to retrieve a straw from behind the barrier while she was making my second drink. When she returned, she asked, rather snidely, if I needed a straw for that one as well. I said no but pointed to the green stopper, asking if it would fit the hole in the lid. She snapped back, telling me not to reach over and grab things. I explained that I was merely asking a question and wasn't planning to reach over again. She pointed out that I had already taken a straw from behind the barrier, to which I replied that I only took one from underneath. She insisted that it was still a barrier and then walked away. I've never been treated so rudely by a Starbucks barista before, and I am very disappointed with the behavior of this employee.
The employee at the drive-thru was very rude and gave us attitude for attempting to use a coupon code. It felt like he didn’t want to assist us, even though we hadn’t done anything wrong. I definitely won't be returning.
Drink was good however the barista taking our order forgot to shut her headset off and was trash talking how we ordered our drink, was very rude, we addressed it at the window and she laughed it off saying ?no worries? definitely need some customer service etiquette.
I put in a mobile order for 1 drink, waited in the drive thru for 20 minutes and then they told me that it wasn't ready yet so I needed to come inside. There was no parking available in their parking lot so I had to park in a neighborhood and walk with my baby to get inside. Waited another 10 minutes inside and then found out that they gave my drink to the wrong person. I just left.
