Contribuisci feedbackThe food was good, but when I told the staff member that I didn’t want my sandwich toasted, he didn’t believe me and started to argue with me about it. It was my sandwich, after all! Did he eat it? No! When I say I don’t want it toasted, I mean exactly that. Why is that so hard to understand? Why argue with me? It doesn’t affect him; he isn’t the one eating it. I won’t be returning to this place again.
The same staff member returned to tell the kids that if they finished their meals, they would each receive a chocolate chip cookie. They happily finished their sandwiches and were excited to enjoy their cookies afterward. I was truly impressed by his friendliness and generosity. I'm quite tired of fast food, so I'm really glad that my kids had such a wonderful experience at this restaurant. It makes me want to return rather than stick with the usual boring options. Thank you to that amazing staff member! I wish I knew his name, but I hope he sees this review and knows how much we appreciated his kindness!
This was the worst experience I've had at a restaurant in decades. I ordered two sandwiches through the drive-thru, but one came with just meat and cheese, and none of the toppings I requested. The second sandwich was made incorrectly and poorly. The cashier and other staff struggled to count change correctly. When I returned to address the issue, I was met with a bad attitude and unhelpfulness. I was denied a refund and instead given two new sandwiches, but one of them was still wrong. I was told I would get a refund the next day from the manager. When I called him, he was disrespectful and rude, clearly upset because I mentioned my poor experience, especially since his daughter was one of the employees. He couldn’t seem to understand that my experience was negative despite that connection. I had to fight for resolution. I urge you to choose another Subway in the city. This should serve as a lesson for the staff, regardless of personal ties. I also contacted the company about this.
At least I'll try the o st. location again. in the last three years they have not received my driving-thru order. today the brot was wrong, the cheese was missing, the salat was old, and apparently light mayo means 2 tablespoons worth. I thought the cookies were safe, but I found a hair in the bag that wasn't mine.
I ordered the outlaw 12 sandwich and it was absolutely terrible no meat terrible mabey one ounce all bread total rip off should be outlawed. NEVER AGAIN!
