WARNING: My food was very, very bad. I am shocked at how high the reviews are of this restaurant. I came on a Saturday night at 8pm. I was really looking forward to the Tack Room. The menu is hip and cool and it has a nice atmosphere. Oh my goodness the food is so bland, so unseasoned, and so rubbery I could not eat it. I should not have paid the bill. I am regretting not taking Scott's offer. Stuffed Calamari: Rubbery. Unseasoned. I should not have even swallowed it. Bolognese: Did the Chef salt any of this? The meat? The pasta water? What was going on here? It looks great. It is horrendous. Flatbread of the day: You could have made this in your home kitchen. The Tack Room is horrific. I would appreciate a call from management. (No issue with Service. Scott/Griffin were totally fine. Parking: Free Parking Lot.
