Valentino's - Lincoln

I ordered a pizza to pick up that was supposed to be half pepperoni, but it was mistakenly made half hamburger instead. They quickly prepared a new pizza for me, and I was allowed to keep the original one. They also gave me a voucher for a future visit. I couldn't have asked for better service—great job!

Staff was super busy, but they got people fast and with delicious hit food

I ordered pizza for delivery and was outside with my home health nurse. After waiting for an hour and a half, I called to check on my order, and they claimed someone was on the way to deliver it. That turned out to be false. They then offered to make a new pizza if I wanted to wait another hour. I was told they would credit my account, but I didn't receive any call to follow up. This was handled poorly by Ms. Messineo after five days. Overall, my experience with Havelock Place was disappointing.

So disappointing it went so far downhill years ago. The last family we got was still cold in the middle with unmelted cheese. We didn't expect us to cook it after we got home....

In the closing time on accident, this place actually ends at 9p not 10p except for the weekend. The guy behind the counter Jarrod was his name so nice instead of being crazy that he just smiled and said he could still make my food for me.
