Wendy's - Lincoln

Delicious! The spicy chicken nuggets were served hot and tasted amazing! The burger was also hot and just as delicious! My peach was cool and refreshing! I really appreciate the variety of drink flavors they have! The woman who assisted us was friendly, patient, and very polite!

They serve the best breakfast of all the fast food places. The potatoes are fantastic, and there’s a wide variety of delicious sandwiches to choose from.

The location is very convenient, and the drive-thru service is quite fast. Currently, only the drive-thru is open; the dining area and inside counter are closed. There was a small mix-up with my nuggets, but the staff was generally friendly and efficient. The food is pretty typical for a Wendy's in Nebraska!

I had a terrible experience with the cashier, Justin. If he doesn't enjoy his job, he shouldn't take it out on customers. I didn't do anything wrong or disrespectful; he just had a bit of an attitude, and that needs to change.

I went through the drive-thru and spent almost $90, only to find that my order didn’t include a spoon or crackers for the chili. Our meals were also disappointing. I tried calling several times to address this issue, but each time I was put on hold and then hung up on. When I finally got through, I was put on hold again. I would really like to speak with someone about this, as I'm very unhappy with the service, especially for $90.
