Charged me for the added meat on my sandwich, but didn't add it

Everytime I order for delivery the food gets out quick. But the delivery takes forever I have to wait 20 minutes before it even gets here. It’s ridiculous. And they use to be very very fast but now it takes forever.

It has been my experience that, more often than not, my order is wrong, especially in the drive-through. Staff working the window is incredibly rude. I know that good help is hard to find, but I wouldn't shed a single tear about any of the drive through staff being replaced by a kiosk.The above being said, the food is indeed fresh and tasty even if your order is somewhat wrong.

Music is great, food is great, staff are nice, and they are really working hard. It was pretty busy so my order wasn’t instant but my food was still good when I got it.
