Dunkin' - Lincoln Park

I don't get why the only employee couldn't stop emptying a cart if doughnuts for 10 min to serve costumers with an ice cream or a milkshake that won't take 5 min.

Doughnuts are fresh around 630 am... it's a real shame none of these Dunkin Donuts actually bake the donuts themselves anymore...

Can't answer there phone messed up my order 2 times with me driving up there very unprofessional and not a place to eat.

Donuts are delivered around 4 am. If you buy in the morning, they are fine. I bought a dozen just before noon this last Saturday.. They were STALE and I was charged full price. I went in this morning for coffee. I told the owner the donuts I bought two days ago were stale. He said 'stale? and walked away to make someone 's ice coffee. No apology. No care at all.I will not be returning to this particular store again. Meijer across the street has far fresher and less expensive donuts.
