Hungry Howie's Pizza - Lincoln Park

Just ordered a pizza for delivery. I was greeted on the phone call with enthusiasm and professionalism. I said same place and the young lady replied with Hi Shawn .... And and asked if I was getting the same order I always get. I asked her name and I was told it was Marissa. All I have to say is if you get the chance to order pizza, and Marissa is the 1 who answers the phone consider yourself one of the lucky ones. She always goes above and beyond when I order. Honestly I enjoyed this location in the past, now it just seems like they don’t care. They gave me a stale deep dish pizza. The dough was a little hard to even bite into, the wings seem like they were big, and I asked for majority flats I guess they don’t accommodate that anymore. The no dough pizza bowl I had gotten for someone wasn’t the best either. I just know not to spend my money to order from here again.

I ordered my pizza and it said it would take 50 minutes to be delivered. The howie track wouldn't work so I went inside from the garage 20 mins later. The delivery driver was about to drive away and saw me. He was very rude because I wasn't at the door but in my defense their Howie track wasn't working and the order said 50 minutes. My pizza was there within 20 minutes. So I get the pizza inside and it was so undercooked the crust was soggy and limp. It was not even golden brown on the bottom. They clearly rushed the pizza and the delivery driver was mad at me for not answering in 20 minutes even though the order said 50 minutes. Hmm.. ?‍ The only justification for having 1 star (since I can't do 0) would be that they use fresh mushrooms.

I ordered a pizza off of the mobile app. Upon arrival, I picked up my order, and I checked my Pizza to make sure it was correct. Not only was it correct but it was Hot and the food tasted delicious. The toppings tasted fresh. I did have a moment where I thought it was Going to be a bad experience. When I had asked for Extra mushrooms On my pizza, It didn’t seem like I had that much, and when I brought it to the cashiers attention, one of the coworkers, Hayley (Hope I spelled your name, right), Came up to the counter and asked me if I could wait three minutes and she would provide more mushrooms to put on my pizza. The workers at this location care about customer satisfaction. Thank you Haley and the other coworkers behind the counter for a great experience.
