Contribuisci feedbackThere were 2 people on the drive-thru speaker which was my first clue of a language and/or training issue. Drive-thru staff couldn't get a 2 coffee order correct. Wrong size, amount of creme (default for a large is 4), kept adding vanilla to an order that didn't request it, etc. Ended up driving away from drive-thru to another Dunk where everything was fast and perfect.
Wow, what an experience at this coffee shop! The customer service could use some improvement and training, but I'm optimistic they'll get there. The staff seemed a bit overwhelmed, but I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt. I hope they're doing okay. Management, please consider offering more training on customer service.I ordered an iced coffee, specifically asking for a large size. The lady taking my order didn't follow up about cream, sugar, or any additional items. It was a bit disappointing, especially since this coffee run is supposed to kickstart your day. Nevertheless, I'm looking forward to giving them another chance!
Absolutely cannot get delivery order amounts correct! Multiple times! Save your money
They didn't tell me as I was ordering that they didn't have something made it anyway with things missing, still charged for the missing items. The water that they use tastes so bad like a well water never coming back to this one. Would avoid at all costs.
Ordered a cinnamon raisin bagel, toasted with regular cream cheese, and Americano coffee, for $8.50. Coffee is subpar and the cup is leaking a lot, but the bagel is ROCK HARD and inedible. Have to throw it out.Service has always been spotty at best at this location (read other reviews), but this is the first time I've had to throw out an order. Avoiding from now on.
