Contribuisci feedbackThis restaurant is just like every other one. There were no cars in the parking lot, we had to place our order at the drive-thru speaker, pay at the window, and then wait. By the time we got our food, it was cold. We won't be returning here.
The staff at this restaurant are extremely lazy when it comes to preparing drinks. Additionally, there were only two cars ahead of me in the drive-thru, yet it still took 40 minutes to get my order. This Wendy's location in North Carolina is the absolute worst! Save yourself the trouble and find a different Wendy's to visit.
I visited the drive-thru and it took 20 minutes to place my order and receive my food. When I reached the window, the employee took my money and gave me my drink, but forgot to give me my food. After some confusion, she eventually handed me my food, which was cold and unappetizing. The chicken was cold and tough, while the hamburger patty was burnt and cold. I ended up throwing away half of my meal and was very disappointed with the service. I will not be returning to this Wendy's location.
I've ever got long-western food. 10 minutes to get to order, just to wait for another 5 minutes. after the order, it took another 15 minutes to get our order. it wasn't busy. it seemed to be a lot of workman, but no one moved quickly.
If you get a Dave's single make sure they don't just use two of the jr burger meat patties ? we used to go pretty often but lately you can never tell when they're open, the wait is always ridiculous and most times the order has been wrong in at least one way. When the food is right and they are actually open it's not too bad, but good luck guessing when that will be
