Jersey Mike's Subs - Lincroft

I have been to many jersey mikes before and I will say this has been my favorite and best experience yet. Whoever the two gentlemen were that worked on august 23rd at 7:45pm were very hospitable and what I would consider fantastic employees.

Hello, my wife and I visited this location to pick up some dinner for her family. Earlier that day they suffered a sudden loss of a family member. The employees at the store asked how our day was going which was understandably not going well. They extended all curtesies to my wife, her family and myself and even comped our meal. This small but impactful act of kindness and generosity brightened a day that was filled with darkness. Kindness goes a long way. Also, the subs were delicious!

Will not go back. Inexperienced teenagers working the cash register and not knowing what to do and just looking at each other. No training apparentlyWorst experience at all the jersey Mike's I frequent.

These shift leaders need to check themselves. I came in to get my delicious, delectable, highly awaited sub but was rudely interrupted when a mean shift leader was very rude to two boys next to me who were just conserving with a worker they knew. They were not even disrupting the flow as no one else was there. the other workers looked miserable and overworked, and a lot of them were just teenagers! While their food is delicious, their overly-strict shift leaders and overworked teenagers is sad.

Convinced I have the worst food poisoning of my life. Ordered a chicken bacon ranch and have not stopped vomiting. Will not be coming back.
