Schlotzsky's - Lindale

We ordered from the one in Lindale and the meat had a green slimmy layer around it the vegetables were nasty and the lettuce had a brown tent to it as well and the bread had a hole from someone's finger from wrapping it I guess but the sandwich was falling apart it wasn't toasted and the sandwich was literally 19$ I called to get a refund and they said they could remake the sandwich. Negative you can give me credit and I'll go to another store but I'm never eating in Lindale again this is the 3rd time the ordered was made nasty and the food is old . Pretty pitiful when part of your order gets forgotten and lost into the abyss. Came here today and when the order did come out, the lettuce in my salad was brown, soggy, and disgusting. And when you pay for a chicken avocado salad, I would think that avocados come on the salad. Granted they informed us of something else that was unavailable at the time, I would still like to know whether you are out of avocados or just simply too lazy to put it on the salad. Waited 20 minutes for a sandwich. she saw it on the counter sitting there through the window. there are 5 people in the load and no one who was driving? edited to add that they kept the credit card of my man and we did not notice. we were so eager to get food. fast forward, to be in the cash register at walmart and my man has not his card. he ran back to schlotzskys and asked for his card. the guy at the front said they don't have credit cards. my man described his card and the guy at the front said, "oh, we didn't think it was a real card" and returned it! so unprofessional and unnamed for!
