We had to wait for food for more than 2 h, service and hostessmen unfortunately also more than unfriendly. Even ordering drinks was not easy. Eating was ok, but salad from the can. Breakfast and rooms were nice, but unfortunately not clean (old spiders, splashes in the kitchen etc) as well as Easter decoration in October.In addition, we had to pay a lunch that we didn't even have..

Oldest guest house in Bayerwald. Delicious food well sorted map. Friendly fleet waitress, moderate prices. The beer garden is beautiful and sunny so it is inviting even in autumn to sit outside.

No question. The Zwieseler Waldhaus has character and the surrounding area is ideal for hikes. Unfortunately, the goodness left more to wish.
