Chipotle Mexican Grill - Lindenhurst

I ordered food from here through Uber eats. after spending 43 dollars on a bowl and salad I was furious!! My ?salad? had 5 pieces of spinach and hardly any meat. The dressing had a half a tablespoon in the container. The bowl was mostly rice and they skimped out on everything else. I ended up putting lettuce and other toppings in at home. I am only giving the 1 star for the chips and guac. Very disappointed that I was so excited for my meal and received this.

I just moved nearby, I can basically walk to this location. I love chipotle. I have been to this location twice, picking up mobile orders. The first burrito was made disproportionately. I like the red spicy sauce, but when you only have it condensed to the bottom third of the burrito, it?s barely edible. The second time was today, which spurred this review. My burrito came in burrito bowl form (shame on me not looking in the bag first) and the chicken was straight up burnt. This isn?t that hard, guys.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I placed this order 3 hours in advanced for my husband. As you can see by the order, my husband ordered double chicken white rice and cheese (not hard to make) my husband opened to find 1/4 of the portion (see picture). Large chips ??? 10 chips constitutes large chips are you kidding. I opened my bowl. I can't eat rice or beans because I have no colon and can kill me. It clearly states guacamole, fajitas vegetables, steak, tomato, cheese and lettuce (not hard to make). I can't eat mine either. I contacted the store supervisor, Carlos who stated they don't deliver despite the app starting delivery vs pickup. I'm disabled and my husband has worked since 5:30 am. The entire order for 53.80 is garbage. The supervisor, Carlos told me I could only get a refund by going back to the store????? skip Chipotle and go to Qdoba or Moe's Southwest.

Bad customers service! The associates hate their jobs, especially the female preparing the mobile orders. Easy problem to solve, don?t work at fast food restaurants. They prepare the food careless like they?re feeding animals at the zoo. Please keep the same Energy and attitude when you applied for the job? ????

This is the worst Chipotle location that I've been to. Unfortunately, it's the closest one to me. The orders are frequently wrong (missing items), cold, are small portions (sometimes one meal is half the amount when compared to the other similar meals in the order), or mislabeled. The portions are consistent at other Chipotle locations, but the Lindenhurst one doesn't follow the same standards. Do not waste your time here. Either go to another Chipotle or order from a different restaurant entirely.
