I ordered two lahmacun and a spinach borek for takeout at 5:30 PM. I called at 9:40 AM, and the person on the phone informed me that they don't make lahmacun in quantities of two; I had to order three instead. I found this frustrating. Why would I need to order three lahmacun when I only wanted two? It's not a matter of being overly hungry. This was not the kind of service I expected, so I decided to cancel my order. There are plenty of other restaurants on Long Island, and this one is missing out on potential customers. Thank you.

What happen here? Place was a gem a few years ago. Pre ordered a salad with chicken kabob, and a chicken on pita. Guy was offended on phone because I did not have a name for that. Anyways 45 mins later still wasn't ready, chicken was overcooked, and I guess they charged me ala Carte. A salad and chicken gyro. It was expensive. I don't mind paying if the food is good, or at least be friendly. They must have new owners? It's a shame. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
