Southside Fish and Clam Restaurant

We ordered the twin steamed 1/4 lb lobster....delicious. The place was very busy. Apparently, some orders take longer than others, but we were lucky with what was quite fast. I notice that some complain about waiting, it's not a chic restaurant, but the food is fresh and good. I would imagine if you go with a big group, you must expect your dishes to come at different times, I think you should ask before. We ordered both exactly the same, so it was perfect and everyone was very professional and friendly, although they were very obviously busy. Anyway, it's coming back. We took my brother in law 20 years ago and he still talks about it.

We always love to go to Southside. we splurged this time and got the double lobster dinner. we did some damage to this lobster... lol

Great! Fresh seafood! Great service! To earth! Never was disappointed! Definitely a go to place for awesome food!

These twins are the best I would tell all my friends that the food is good.

My favorite when visiting Long Island. I have been going here for a very, very long time and they never disappoint!
