Subway - Lindsay

We stopped for lunch at the restaurant because we had an appointment nearby. The prices were standard and the staff behind the counter were great - very courteous and friendly, making us feel welcome. The restaurant had a small space with only 2 small tables, which didn't allow for much social distancing. However, the location in a plaza made parking and other amenities easily accessible.

Where do I start? at first my order was kind of messed up when I ordered the sub online, but this is not even the worse part. the sub I didn't order was by far the worst sub I've ever seen. they put everything on it. please see the photo below. when I called to explain what had happened, the employee had to call me several times and didn't even call me back at a point. I asked myself to talk to the manager, and the best I got were several phones with the hired who told me what the manager said to do. I wanted to talk to the manager. the manager hasn't been able to talk to me. absolutely unprofessional and rude. first, the employee tells me what they can do, send me a voucher for a 6 inch sub through the post. I ordered a 12 inch. either did I decide that this was better than anything, than post? when do I get this credit? Not sure how the mail situation goes with the pandemic, but either through the post is super uncomfortable, especially since I live 5 minutes away. Finally, she decided that I could pick up the voucher in 3 days at the facility. I don't know about them, but I think that I should be able to be a 6 inch under the same day as the online site messes up my order. to deteriorate the dinge, the employee on the phone talked about me the whole conversation and cut me off with the set that was extremely rude.

Typical subway. they are not so different. only a sandwich artist worked when we were there. she was excellent. very intelligent and efficient

This restaurant is the perfect spot for hosting a group event or party, offering a selection of delicious sandwiches made to order based on individual preferences. The atmosphere is great for gatherings and the menu has a wide variety of options to choose from.

If we are going to do fast food the children love subs from subway. They can pick their own ingredients and make it the way they want it. Healthy and quick I'm always happy when they ask for subs.
