Around 7:35pm on a New Year eve white track flew through the traffic circle on Urbana Pike and Sprigg street in Urbana doing at least 50 mph. I had the right of way in the traffic circle and the delivery driver just sped up to bypass me in the circle. I called to the store and talk to the manager Zack, who said that he will talk to driver and is there anything else he could do for me. No apologies, no questions about delivery car or location.Hope that this kind of incident won’t happen again.
Amazing operation. It’s really incredible how consistent the customer service and quality is at this location. A+ for busy families that need a last minute dinner for an affordable price. International family members from Europe always request to get pizza from here when the visit which speaks volumes about the taste. Congratulations to the team and owner of this location.
Joel took the time to make the pizza for me and I was very pleased and the pizza was
They had forgotten a soda on our delivery order. (No big deal mistakes happen) called the store they apologized and a driver bought over a soda right away from the store. Very much appreciated especially with them being so busy for a Saturday night!Great service
I called this location this evening to report to the manager that the delivery driver at roughly 7:25 pm blew threw the traffic circle on Worthington and Sugarloaf in Urbana doing at least 50 mph. I had the right of way in the traffic circle and the delivery driver sped up to bypass me in the circle without even pausing. Residents have a right to a safe neighborhood and recently 2 dogs have been hit with 1 being killed in this community because people drive like this. It is blatant disregard for human safety and unacceptable from a local business participating in the commerce of Urbana. When I told the manager, Zack, his reply included a laugh and he sarcastically said he would talk to the driver and make sure he was fired. If this is the care and concern this local business has for following 35 mph speed limits and rights of way in traffic circles, imagine the care and concern they put into making your pizza. There are a lot of local options for fast food. Hopefully this won't be the business you choose to support.
