Contribuisci feedbackThe staff at this restaurant were extremely impolite. We did not feel like valued guests at all. Despite booking nearly half of the hotel's rooms, we were not treated with any consideration.
If you enjoy paying too much for rooms and receiving terrible customer service, then this is the perfect place for you. After just one night, you'll be seriously considering sleeping in the sidecar of a tricycle instead of staying here.
Accommodation was ok and great. Just like other hotels around Lingayen... Water in the comfort room is a bit salty or some sort and Bathroom facilities smelt like rusty or something just cant explain much about the smell it has tho overall its perfectly clean....I think its just the water supply at the place. Coz we smelt it from other hotels around. Except for Bergamo and Mc... Pool was salty aswell as promoted. But then childrens pool has cracks on the flooring. Attendants on the pool side are not very accomodating
I reviewed this hotel two years ago, at that time I gave them the benefit of the doubt as they were starting out. I gave the Hotel Manager Monique a list of improvements that could be made, based on my experience of staying at hotels...around the world. It would appear that they totally ignored my input, although on my last list was supply bathroom ammenities, this time they do actually have the cheapest toiletries I have ever seen, but at least a slight inprovement. I suggested that they place a light covered duvet on the bed and not just a single sheet. Unfortunately they have not done this and have the cheek to try are charge for a second sheet. Also it is clear that this hotel care more for the daily influx of locals that come to use the water park pools than the hotel staying paying guests. There is NO sunbeds put aside for Hotel guests. I would suggest that they put aside the area outside the pavilion for hotel guests only and supply sunbeds. After all most hotel guests are there to relax and sunbathe by the pool which is normal. I had taken the time to send the Hotel Manager Monique TWO E-mails prior to my arrival at the hotel, reminding her who I was from my last stay and our last conversation we had regarding the upgrades at that time. I was hoping that she would have made the time to at least greet me back at the hotel, but she did not even reply to my E-mails and made NO attempt to speak with me as a returning guest. She appears to simply want to sit in her office and take your money off you. It is for this reason that I state that she has ZERO CUSTOMER RELATIONS. Well as for the service, when I asked for the second sheet for the bed they delivered it to my room and simply placed it in the room. I said to the girl I wanted it on the bed, she walked back into the room and removed it from the table and placed it on the bed.?? I asked her what does she not understand I want the second sheet ON THE BED. Well she did it in a temper. There was ZERO improvement to the restaraunt, so as before I certainly would not eat at this hotel. I will be back in the area in future but I will be bypassing this hotel next time. I would suggest everyone else to do the same. It is no better that a hostel but with hotel prices, especially in this area.
Me me my family love this place. Awesome ameneties and friendly staff. The pool uses salt water and very theraputic. Prices are affordable and worth it! Staff are very friendly and helpful. They do have a bar and the band (sixth sense band) Rocks!
