Excellent, excellent, excellent. We enjoyed every bite.
We arrived at the Greenbrier on a Friday and almost all the restaurant staff have been wonderful and friendly with the exception of this restaraunt. We asked for a table on Saturday and were informed that they were booked. There were so many tables open. They informed is we could sit at the bar with our son. We attemoted but were ignored for a number of minutes and then my son felt uncomfortable at the bar, as he was 11. We decided to go to another Greenbrier restaraunt and had a good time with … – show
Hands down the best resort I’ve ever been to. Staff was amazing, the property is gorgeous and there are so many great things to do!
The food and service were extremely disappointing. The Tuscan soup was topped with at least two ounces of grease which had to be skimmed off to make the soup edible. It took over an hour for our pizza to be served and when it was, it was no longer hot. Our server was most likely to blame since she was busy chatting at another table for at least ten minutes after our pizza was ready. Since the tip is embedded in the check, she still automatically received 20%.
