I?m a regular at this location but been getting my Smoothies from the company over 5yrs now??I?ve never wrote a review before which is overdue 5 long yearsss ???? Yea I Know but long story short this location is the best when it comes to my Smoothies???????????? Today Mr. Shaun/Shawn made my smoothie to perfection Today ????????????

I go to Smoothie King at least 2 to 3 times a week. Most of the time ,their are very young people there that needs alittle help with their customer service, like greeting people and acknowledge that someone came in. But, I went there this morning and therewas a young man name Dayquan , he said they call him Day-Day. His customer service was so awesome. He was already waiting ontwo other customers, he took the time to greet me and told me he would be right with me. He was very helpful in our order andso polite. I told him how my previous experiences has been and he immediately said I apologize for that. I told him I wouldlove to share how good his customer service is and he said Thank you ma 'am . He is the right guy to have for the morningshift at Smoothie King because he knows how to make someone day. I told my 15 year old grandson who was with me, Now, Thats howa person customer service should be. I hope I said his name correctly. Please let him know that someone recognized him. Ms.Kym
