I had a nice chat with the very pleasant guy who led the truck. I found out some interesting things, for example, that the name alma originated from his enkelin. during our chat he even offered me a single falafel with something soaking while he finished making my falafel! and the falafel was amazing. I can honestly say it was one of the best falafels I ever had, and it cost only 35 kr!
The falafel is freshly served in the homemade pita with sweet, mango sauce, garlic sauce, tahini and french fries. if vegan ask that they do not want a garlic sauce, contains egg and milk.
