I always visit Chocolat to enjoy their vegan salad. It is very nutritious, filled with hummus, spinach, cucumber, tomatoes, red onions, sunflower seeds, and lime (rich in vitamin C to enhance iron absorption from the spinach). The dressing has delicious Middle Eastern flavors that I adore.
