Randomly in Forest Lake and glad I choose to eat here! Whiskey glazed steak meal was above average and extremely affordable. Steak was perfectly cooked. The waitress was very kind and checked in many times to see if I needed anything. Will definitely goback!

Lunch time Food specials were great!! Great service and bloodymary. Sat back by kitchen. Was hard to read menu and could only see silhouettes. Really bad lighting for daytime. Good food. Went back second time.... Still good food! If you have PTSD don't go!! Bartender throws empty bottles every time. It was a hard time for a vet.

Friars was once a dingy bar known as Friar Tucks. It's been redone bit and cleaned up to a decent bar and grill. You can seriously buy a dinner for $5.50 in 2022. That's incredibly hard to find this day in age. Aside from that, they run specials on burgers and other menu items. They have a good selection of sandwiches too. If you haven't been here in a while, it's worth stopping.

This place is a hidden gem! I don't know what surprised me anymore. how good that is eating or how cheap the prices are! that's a stop!
