Distinction Palmerston North Nosh

I stayed at this hotel for a week during a business trip and had a wonderful experience. The staff was fantastic, the food was delicious, and the hotel was great. I highly recommend it.

Hotel is in a good location, staff is very friendly, elevator is no longer the newest, but worth seeing and runs, rooms are ok, At the beginning we had red water because there was a burst pipe. Beds are very soft. Rooms: no longer the latest facility Safety: Safe area Food drinks: Food was ok. In the evening I had fish and chips Breakfast in New Zealand scrambled eggs, beans, bacon, mushrooms, toast, tea, coffee, fruits from a can cannot be compared with European breakfast buffets

After a cancelled flight and a whole lot of mucking around from our national airline, our small group of two mums with two kids each luckily came across Julie at the front desk of the Distinction. She was AMAZING! Going above and beyond to find us accommodation, feed us and ensure we could get back to the airport the following morning. Unfortunately we stayed elsewhere but the bar snack menu at 9pm was spot on! We will definitely come back here on our next Palmy visit! Thank you Julie! You were much appreciated!
