Dined in: the service of that branch is very bad. there are many crews but only one counter is always open even during peak hours and the managers can see that the queue is already long but they are only busy. drive thru: the service is also slow, even if you only order burger and fries you will still wait 15 to 20 mins. because they prioritize online deliveries. online delivery: 7 out of 10 of my deliveries here, there is always something missing, even though it's obvious that what I ordered is grab or food panda, they just miss it. to not check the orders. overall: no improvement through the years. I think the problem lies with the managers because the crew changes quickly. I hope the branch owner will notice this so they can change the behavior of their employees.
