Seafood Island Sm Lipa - Lipa City

We were so disappointed today with our orders! Waiter seems to be nice but the food came as cold cut meals ! I complained why the food was cold but they don’t have the answers instead they offered served 3 cups of hot steaming rice which they should have served in the beginning! Pancit were all sticky , fish everything else were all cold except the soup in clay pot! I felt cheated after I received my bill, not worth coming back to this place ever again! There should not be any excuses serve the food hot as the place was not even busy!

Please improve sanitation, coz i've seen a fly while im eating, they didn't say sorry for that, they just agreed that the place have flies, food are not that good.

Mga crew walang hairnet tapos may mga bata pa na anak ng crew na pumapasok sa crew area..habang naggawa ng shake ung mga tira kinakain....and not aware na may service charge pala...daig pa ang ibang resto

Lack of training of serving crew. We were still eating, when a serving crew put a pile of plates in our table, very unethical for me. We were served with dishes without a serving spoon, same with the dessert...so i have to asked from the crew.

We ordered Dagupan package good for 3 to 4 persons. We are so disappointed when it arrived already on our table. The taste is so normal and nothing special for the price of 1,250 it's not worth it. I think the 1st seafood Island before was better compare now. The quality of the foods change a lot compare before 2 years back.
