Why go away, because the good is so close? ...so they say and in this case the spell hit the black. We discovered a new café today, Schäfermeier's coffee barn. The building ensemble is beautifully restored and the interior is simply beautiful. There are plenty of parking and a garden café. We were served extremely friendly and courteous and the cake was a poem! He didn't just look like himself, he tasted like that. We are thrilled and will certainly not have driven this idyllic place on Lake Albersee the last time on our old-time tours.

Cake and cakes are very tasty, the ambience is pretty and in beautiful weather you can sit out in the beer garden. But: this place is not suitable for groups because no reservations are accepted for Sundays. With 2 people you will get a place spontaneously, but if I want to go there with a group of Sundays, I have no chance. We have even offered a deposit for our reservation, but even that was rejected by reference to the fact that it was always so full on Sundays that no tables could be kept free. Too bad. I haven't experienced any other gastronomy.

After we had our coffee and cake we were air for the service. With 3 cm long nails she could not even take the coins from the table.
